Morningstar DatAnalysis is a database that is available to students through USQ Library. The database contains current and historical data for all ASX listed companies as well as companies that have been delisted since 1990. Information provided includes:

• Corporate details
• Business summary & directors/management details
• Company & operational history (including takeovers & dividend history)
• Capital table & history
• Share market data & shareholder information (substantial shareholders, distribution & directors interests)
• Financial data (profit & loss statements, balance sheets & cash flow statements)

DatAnalysis provides access to searchable PDFs of interim and annual reports as well as all ASX announcements for listed companies since 1995. An upcoming floats list and a Corporate Calendar of events is also available. Tailored company research reports can be created using the Report Tool.
