Focusing on the Primary years (from Prep to Year 6), this degree offers you the opportunity to gain the unique knowledge and expertise needed to educate young learners.

The Primary program provides pre-service educators the skills, knowledge and experience for a stimulating and rewarding career as a teacher. This program is designed to produce graduates who are prepared and confident in their teaching ability. Pre-service educators will study with professionals who have experience in the class room and will learn in a flexible, engaging and dynamic environment.

This program offers:

  • flexible study options that will enable you to choose on campus, mixed or online modes study
  • the opportunity to complete your professional experience at any Australian school
  • eligibility to apply for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers after graduation.
As Co-ordinators our role is to liaise with Professional staff to facilitate the efficient enrolments into the teacher education program and to collaborate with Academic teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of the accredited Degree.
