    • Student SocialsTopic

      Feel like some social contact?

We have a Facebook group set up by a student that you are invited to join.

We also have online Zoom socials in the evenings from time to time - please look out for those invitations. Often we invite some of our industry partners to join us for the online socials so that you can meet them and learn from them.

In addition, we meet on the Toowoomba campus or in town for coffee about three times a year. In 2020, we would also like to travel to Brisbane to meet our students there for a brunch or coffee.

If you have any other ideas for socials, please give us a shout.

There are some great Planning Tweeters out there. They'll help you learn about the profession as it is currently practiced, and sometimes they share fun stuff for everyone. Check out the podcasts provided by the Urban Broadcast Collective (UBC) on twitter.

And, who knows - one day, in the not too distant future, you might join a Planning conversation.
